Caroline Frey is a highly respected winemaker who comes from a family with a long history in the wine industry. She grew up in Champagne and was exposed to the world of wine from a young age, which sparked her passion for winemaking. After completing her studies in wine and agribusiness, Frey joined her family's winery, which owned several prestigious vineyards in the Rhône Valley and Champagne. In 2004, she took over the management of Château La Lagune.
