When I opened the first bottle of my latest wine order, I quickly realized that it was corked due to the hard cork, bad bouquet and taste. When I pointed this out to Bidvino staff, pointing out that I know this occasionally happens, they immediately offered to replace the bad bottle. That’s great customer service!

I've been buying wines from Bidvino since 2017 so it goes to show I'm happy with the range and prices of wines as well as their customer service!
I have been buying wines from Bidvino since 2017 because the have a lovely selection of wines at competitive prices. They do take a few days to process and deliver orders, which isn't a problem as long as you are aware of that, but their customer service is top notch in case of any issues.
